When you contact us

We collect your name, email, organization, selected interest, and any optional context you provide. For a PDF download, organization is optional and we record which paper you requested. We use this information to handle your request and respond to you. Please do not include confidential records or sensitive personal information in these forms.

Where it goes

Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions. We store contact and inquiry records in HubSpot and send notifications containing submitted details to a private Slack channel for the Sotto team. This website does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or send a PDF follow-up email.

Site measurement and storage

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, inquiry requests, demo plays, and download starts. We do not send form contents to analytics, and remove query strings and fragments from measured page URLs. Vercel Web Analytics does not use tracking cookies. Hosting providers also process technical request information to operate the site.

A necessary download cookie lasts 10 minutes so you can retry a PDF download. Your browser also remembers whether the homepage animation has played for the current tab session.
